Product Updates: v3.3.0
MAJOR FEATURES UPDATES:
- Time Period comparison enhancements: When comparing two time periods in any trend charts, you can visualize not just the overlapping months (or weeks) between two years, but also select any two time periods to compare sequentially.
- You can toggle this option within the widget’s configuration under Comparison Mode: Overlap/Sequential.
- Added the option to download data from all charts in both Raw and formatted XLSX files, as well as in PNG format, which allows capturing screenshots of the charts.
- PDF downloads are now available in dashboards, with improvements to the existing formatting, including:
- Enhanced overall styling for better visual appeal.
- Added filters which are shown in a compact format.
- Headings are also displayed for all the widgets.
MINOR FEATURES UPDATES:
- Enabled data labels functionality for Pie and Doughnut Charts, providing the choice to display the labels as Dimension values, Absolute values, or Percentages values.
- Widget groups can now be expanded and collapsed in both view and edit modes, allowing all widgets to be displayed at once, which removes the need for extra scrolling and enhances your navigation experience.
- All Bar trend charts now include a configuration option for managing “Missing Data,” allowing users to represent such data as either Zero or “NA” for clearer visualization.
- The newly cloned widget will now have the same size as the original widget.
- The Table’s search is now simpler: clicking outside the search bar closes it but retains the searched text, with a red search icon indicating an active search. The clear button removes the text while keeping the bar open.
- A visual separator has been added between consecutive tabs in the dashboard to make them more visually distinct.
- Updated the terms “Selected,” “Previous,” and “Delta” for dates/configurations to “Comparison” for better clarity, without altering the functionality of the comparison period.
STABILITY FIXES:
- The issue with the Gauge chart automatically resetting the maximum limit value to 100 when it is set above 100 has been resolved.
- Widgets will work as expected when zero value comparison is enabled in the weekly snapshot as well.
- The widget’s data will load as expected when a custom date field is set alongside widget-level dates.
